Order Tracking
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Once your package ships, we will email you a tracking link and confirmation number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s portal.
Taxes & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We thoroughly inspect and carefully pack every item before it leaves our warehouse.
- Carrier Issues: TheraWrap is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit due to carrier handling, or for delivery delays resulting from customer address errors.
- Filing a Claim: If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
